About me
I went from $18 an hour in a machine shop to six figures in operations leadership in less than a year without finishing college, without connections, and without playing the traditional career game.
I didn’t get lucky. I reverse engineered how hiring actually works: résumés, interviews, and human psychology and turned it into a repeatable system.
I used myself as a guinea pig, applying to hundreds of jobs and sitting through countless multi round interviews with no intention of accepting an offer. I wasn’t job hunting. I was studying interview psychology. Over time, I refined the system into something precise and predictable.
Eventually, I wanted to see how far it could go. It took me to a Regional Operations Manager role at a multi billion dollar company, where I traveled nationally and managed more than 40 facilities.
Résumé Con exists to teach you that system.
